1. Website operator

Unless a page expressly identifies another operator, the HISICAR website is operated by:

“HISICAR” is a brand and platform name. It is not the legal name of a contracting entity.

2. Group entities

The following entities have been identified as members of the same corporate group:

1. Shanghai Sitou Technology Co., Ltd. / 上海丝投科技有限公司;
2. 安徽丝投汽车进出口有限公司;
3. 安徽省爱尚汇汽车服务有限公司;
4. 安徽丝投汽车进出口有限公司太原分公司;
5. 芜湖莱斯豪汽车销售服务有限公司;
6. 莱斯豪汽车俱乐部（上海）有限公司; and
7. Hong Kong Racer House International Technology Limited.

The name shown on the relevant company registration certificate controls. A translation does not create or alter legal identity.

Group affiliation does not make one entity the seller, exporter, payment recipient, agent, guarantor, joint obligor, data controller or service provider of another entity. No entity has authority to bind another unless that authority is expressly stated and validly granted. The Taiyuan branch must not be represented as a separate legal person.

3. Transaction parties

Before a Buyer accepts a PI or makes a payment, the PI and checkout page must identify, as applicable:

• the vehicle seller;
• the PRC used-vehicle exporter and customs declarant;
• the invoice issuer;
• the bank-transfer beneficiary;
• the approved cash-receiving entity and store;
• the Stripe merchant and online payment recipient;
• the inspection and reconditioning provider;
• the logistics, warehouse and after-sales provider; and
• the entity responsible for each material Personal Data processing activity.

The accepted PI controls the transaction-specific roles. A shared logo, email domain, employee, support channel or payment flow does not change the seller or create joint liability.

4. Stripe merchant and online payment recipient

When Stripe is shown as an available payment method, the Stripe contracting merchant and online payment recipient is:

Unless the accepted PI expressly identifies this Hong Kong company as the Vehicle Seller, it acts only as the Seller’s authorised group collection agent. Cleared payment to it discharges the corresponding amount owed to the PI Seller only within the scope of the Seller’s written collection authority.

Receiving a Stripe payment does not make the Hong Kong company the PRC used-vehicle exporter, customs declarant or vehicle owner. The seller remains responsible for its sale obligations, and the PRC exporter remains responsible for non-transferable export duties.

5. Bank transfers and cash

Buyers must pay only the corporate beneficiary frozen in the authenticated order and accepted PI. HISICAR does not request payment to an employee, director, salesperson or other personal account.

An account change is effective only after an authorised PI amendment and independent verification using contact information already established for the transaction. A message sent from a new email address or messaging account is not sufficient verification.

Cash is accepted only in person at a specifically approved store, after required identity and source-of-funds checks, through the authorised cash-desk process and against a numbered receipt. Cash must not be sent by courier or paid to an individual.

6. Licences, filings and regulatory disclosures

This Legal Notice does not state a corporate number, street address, ICP record or public-security network filing because no verified value was supplied for this document. Where applicable law requires an identifier or address, it must be sourced from the verified corporate record and displayed through the website's legal-identity panel before the affected service is offered. The PI identifies the relevant exporter, and the exporter supplies current used-vehicle export qualification and vehicle-specific licence information where required. Corporate registration information remains available from the competent PRC or Hong Kong registry.

A licence held by one Group Company does not authorise another entity to perform the licensed activity. Vehicle-specific export licences and customs records are issued and retained for the relevant transaction.

7. Marketing statements

The current Marketing Claims Evidence Register does not approve the following headline claims for publication as of this Legal Notice's effective date. A claim may be used only after its status is changed to approved for the exact entity, wording, scope, countries and period on the basis of current evidence:

• “Automotive export experience since 1997.” The statement must identify whether it refers to a particular company, a documented predecessor business or aggregated team experience. It must not imply that Shanghai Sitou Technology Co., Ltd. was incorporated or exporting in 1997 unless corporate records establish that fact.
• “Strict vehicle reconditioning.” This means the specific vehicle follows the documented inspection, reconditioning, review and pre-shipment process. It does not mean every cosmetic issue is repaired or that a used vehicle is defect-free.
• “Overseas warehouse services in 20+ countries.” The current country list must distinguish owned, operated and partner facilities and state the services actually available in each country.
• “24/7 customer support.” Evidence must establish the precise channels, languages, staffing model, continuous coverage and measured response commitment. A mailbox that can receive messages at any time is not, by itself, 24/7 customer support.

Vehicle-specific obligations are determined by the accepted PI, vehicle report and incorporated policies, not by general advertising.

8. Intellectual property

The HISICAR brand, website software, layout, original text, databases, photographs and other content are owned by or licensed to the operator or identified rights holder. Vehicle manufacturers’ names and marks identify products and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

No content may be reproduced, scraped, republished, sold, used to create a competing database or used in a misleading manner without written permission, except to the extent mandatory law permits.

Copyright or trademark notices may be sent to info@hisicar.com and must identify the work or mark, the challenged material, the complainant’s authority and the requested action.

9. Third-party services and links

References to Stripe, Google, Google Maps, Apple, WeChat, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, banks, carriers, warehouses, inspection organisations, manufacturers or government systems do not imply endorsement, agency or guarantee. Their services are governed by their own terms, privacy notices, availability and geographic restrictions.

10. Information corrections and fraud reports

Report inaccurate entity, licence, payment, vehicle or marketing information, suspected payment diversion, impersonation or account compromise immediately to info@hisicar.com.

11. Languages

English is the primary public website language for this Legal Notice. Professional translations may be provided. The accepted PI identifies the controlling contract language. Where a mandatory PRC used-vehicle export-licence or filing rule requires the filed Chinese translation to prevail, that rule applies to the filed transaction document and any material inconsistency must be corrected before submission.

12. Changes

This Legal Notice is updated when an operator, Group Company, licence, payment role or contact detail changes. Historical versions and their effective periods are available on request from info@hisicar.com.
